What I tutor.
SAT prep is most of what I do. Plenty of my physics, stats, and precalc students have pulled their grades up to A’s.

SAT
Mostly the Math section, with a lot of Desmos tricks, since the digital SAT has the graphing calculator built in. I also help with Reading & Writing, mainly vocab and pacing.
One of my students went from 1190 to 1520.

AP Physics 1
Kinematics, forces, energy, momentum, rotation and oscillations, and writing free-response answers that earn the points.

AP Statistics
Study design, probability, sampling distributions and inference, and wording conclusions the way the rubric wants.

AP Calculus AB
Limits, derivatives, integrals and their applications, and the free-response setups that come up again and again.

AP Computer Science A
Java, classes and objects, arrays and ArrayLists, recursion, and writing code by hand for the free-response section.

Precalculus
Functions and graphs, polynomials and rationals, exponentials and logs, trig and the unit circle.

Algebra
Algebra I and II: equations, linear functions, systems, quadratics, exponents, and word problems.

Geometry
Proofs, triangles and similarity, circles, coordinate geometry, area and volume.
